This was a fabulous hotel. Staff was excellent very helpful. We used the shuttle to go to historic downtown. Very prompt picking us up. The drivers were so helpful and very kind. A perfect hotel to stay at especially having a shuttle not having to park in the busy historic area. The best staff we have seen at hotels.

The hotel was "remodeled" in spots, however, the water damaged areas were only covered up. The hotel was very smelly and had ancient carpet in areas throughout the property. The dramatic entrance to the property looks good until you actually enter the property. Nice staff, make repairs to the building such as removing water damaged areas and truly replacing areas of concern. The traffic noise was terrible as the windows appear to be original to the building. The cosmetic upgrades to the room was nice but the doors to the hallway had huge gaps that let in light and noise from the hallway. It seems that the room's doors are not up to fire codes.

The beds were comfortable. Amenities were plentiful. Enjoyed the stay. The shuttle driver John was great, and friendly. Would come back again.

Conveniently located property, nicely maintained. Improvements could be better selections for the breakfast buffet, especially since it’s not complimentary.

We were comfortable, very comfortable actually and this hotel had everything we needed to get our son off to college.

The property is located in an awesome location; convenient to shopping and restaurants. They do have a decent bar and restaurant in the hotel. The property was clean, parking was free and available, staff was great. We would definitely stay again.
