Sonesta ES Suites Annapolis

Property is old and not well maintained, it could really use a remodel. Carpet was coming up and the bathroom has been recaulked many times. Even the molded tub/shower was broken and caulked a few times. The room had a musty smell to it. On the upside the staff was very friendly and the property was quiet for sleeping.

I needed a nice, quiet, clean and safe place to stay. The Sonesta in Annapolis checked all those boxes. Just what I needed!

Rooms were very spacious with kitchen and sitting area. Our room even had a fire place. I would recommend this property. Had a fully equipped kitchen just bring your food.

Really nice layout. Large TV. Kitchenette included garbage disposal & small dishwasher. Exterior had a pool, basketball court, fire pit & nice grill in shared area. Really convenient - highly recommend!

The carpet hasn't ben vacuum in a while. Staff was helpful w ice. The beds were comfortable.

Breakfast and location. Very quiet, parking very convenient and included in price. Best breakfast! Alarm clock in room broken.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom and there was plenty of room. Loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. It felt more lime staying in an apartment having your own entrance. Not having to worry about breakfast was a plus, really liked that it was included. The staff was very helpful. We did use the exercise room that was small but good enough for a quick workout to start the day. We would most definitely stay again.

Spacious room (suite), included breakfast, extra blanket in closet, citrusy shampoo & bath gel. About $20 uber from downtown Annapolis Bed was a queen, which I have at home, but this felt smaller. Bathroom floor was sticky, but I think it was from unrinsed cleaner. Coffee in room and at breakfast was undrinkable, according to my husband. Hand soap pump was 2 steps away from sink. Bathroom light switch was outside bathroom, so middle-of-night light was unavoidable for sleeping partner. Musty smell upon arrival. Noise from upstairs guests. Breakfast overflow seating was in a business meeting room used as storage (piles of microwaves, mattresses, boxes, corn hole, etc.

My bathroom was dirty I had to clean it myself. The toilet ran all night I had sleep worth bathroom door closed

I have stayed at Sonesta probably 15 to 20 times over the course of a year and a half. I used to say wonderful things about the place, but my last visit was a huge list of problems. I showed up to check in at noon. I was told to wait for two hours. After back and forth, I waited four hours. Why was I told to wait two? Then, my room had a shattered bathtub with sharp edges. The cleaning lady literally left towels on the edge without caring it was shattered. Then I had to wait for another room. TV was not working at all. Waited hours to have it fixed. Maintenance couldn't fix it. I had to go to a third room and that toilet easily clogged. I asked for a plilunger, but was told to wait for the maintenance guy. That took three hours ( while I needed to go again). When I checked out, I said all if the above, and the response was, "Well, that's not *my* fault." I left shaking my head how much tjis nice place had gone down hill. It used to be pretty solid.

I love that the suites had the things needed to make my stay feel like home. There’s not much option for breakfast.

Good for short stays.

It was clean and the staff was friendly.
