Quality Inn Alexandria

The "breakfast" was sorely lacking. No juices and the original waffle batter was empty. Also, no one was around to correct these issues.

t

Rooms are very clean, staff very friendly and courteous

Worse hotel experience i ever had

The homeless people and the crackhead knocking on my door at 4:00 AM.

Found Dirt and a dirty sock in the cornor.

Hotel staff at check encounter had Hard Time checking me in and it took them almost 30 minutes to do so rather than 5 minutes. In addition they were missing phones chords from the phones and those rooms and there was a leak on the floor where the AC was with towels on the floor.

The unprofessional staff

The pool wasn't open one of the main reasons for the stay.

Nice location . Not to loud. Pool was a little dirty . Bed squeaked a bit . 100 dollars is alt to put down for deposit. Small parking lot No ice machine available

Did not have cold water at bathroom sink despite telling the front desk twice as soon as I arrived and nothing was done about it.

No

The room was good. But the lobby and outside appearance was terrible. I took pics. Breakfast area had gnats everywhere. And there was a tile on the floor with water all around it from some type of leak. There was a room titled boardroom. I believe that was open to the public and clutter and filth everywhere. The outside of the facility had weeds that had taken over all of the landscaping. Also, I forgot to mention the TV in the room did not work. But the room itself was good. See above

All was well.

Lots of trash and debris in and around parking areas outside. Very unpleasant. Breakfast was minimal, but okay. Bad coffee

Room was old paint coming off bathroom walls area was run down looking

It was nice all around

Horrible place and service

Clean room (nasty toilet seat in our room) but overall good

Great location Dirty. Bathtub looked rough so I wouldn’t take a bath or shower. And, I paid for non-smoking but it smelt like a cigarette.
