The other guests around us were very loud and doors were slamming late into the night. The staff were amazing! The rooms AC worked great! Overall was a good stay. Would stay here again.

Check in was super easy, staff was friendly and cheerful. Room was immaculate and clean, bed was firm and comfortable. Didn't have a chance to use the pool or try the breakfast unfortunately. AC was COLD. I even checked the filter in the AC unit because all too often in hotels they aren't clean, but they had very little dust on them. Only negative I can think of was the low water pressure, but of course that didn't the temperature of the water so we were able to enjoy a nice hot shower. Check out was easy as well. It was our first stay, but won't be our last.

The parking lot could have been better laid out.

On the first night of our stay their was only one employee working the whole building. No housekeepers, no security. We had an issue with our TV volume the front counter lady that checked us in had to come upstairs and assist us with the volume on the TV. She stated she was the only one working that shift. No security, no maintenance was in the building. The continent breakfast was very simple and we had the same exact thing all 4 days we was at your hotel. Security is needed in all hotels in the times we live in. No maintenance personnel on site and we heard from other guest that their TV's volume wouldn't work either until hotel staff came to there room and rigged the volume in order for the TV to work.

Everything great. Neighbors in next room were bouncing off the walls late at night. Called front desk, management immediately went to their room, noise stopped. Only negative item, exercise room woefully short of equipment.. Facilities clean, price satisfactory, breakfast good.
