Four Points by Sheraton Alexandria

All staff were very friendly, liked that you could get a bite to eat and a cocktail in the evening . Super clean, the gym was great.

Location and clean ice machine not working on 3rd floor but went to 1st floor

We were just turned off by the staff all together.

It had a gym No continental breakfast. The cost of the stay is already pricey. We had a baby and there was no milk to purchase. Had leave a go to the grocery store. Cleaning service did not come back and clean our room.

Cleanliness, pleasant staff, pool, luxurious hotel

Upon entering the bar, that welcome deepened substantially. I found myself in the company of two amiable patrons and an exceptional bartender who went well beyond the standard obligations of corporate hospitality. Not only did he offer insightful regional recommendations spanning Alexandria and Monroe, but he generously extended the evening hours to ensure a weary traveler felt genuinely accommodated. While midscale properties often succumb to monotonous standardization, this Four Points transcended its brand boundaries entirely. Louisiana has long understood that authentic warmth cannot be scripted, and the staff here delivered an intimate, restorative experience worthy of the finest New Orleans boutique inns. It was a masterclass in regional hospitality when it was needed most.

Clean

I almost don’t want to rate this well simply so it’s never booked when we want to come to town but I’ll be honest instead. This was the best experience we’ve had in Alex/Pineville in a long time. We’ll never stay at a different hotel. Staff was 10/10 and even upgraded us to a suite when they ran out of the room we booked. Can’t wait to come back.

I booked the room, then once I got down to the motel they told me it was overbooked and that I didn't have a room, so now I have to figure out how to get my money back since I booked it tbe same afternoon I was gonna stay in it.

Superb
