Staff was amazing

we like the room, it was fine, only I guess due to haevy rain, there was water in the tube after showering, not draining so well.

Close to public beaches and town amenities and restaurants. A bit tired and worn; badly in need of updating.

Great overall experience. The room was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect place to stay if you’re ever down in the Cape.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and the price was perfect. Will definitely stay there again if I need a room again in that area.

We were in town for a soccer game & needed an affordable, clean place to crash overnight. This place was perfect. The room we had looked kind of run down in that the furniture was kind of beat up & the carpet was old. BUT - we didn't need fancy, the room was spotless, & the bed & linens were great. Lots of outlets, a coffee maker, small fridge, & time at the outside pool were all available. The pool area & pool itself were very clean and neat. Charming place & the staff was super nice. I would certainly stay here again.

The place was perfect for what we wanted to explore Cape Cod. The place needs a bit of tlc but everything works :-)

We were on 2nd floor, steep steps. Parking was limited, more parking at the next door business. I was expecting a little nicer place. Rooms are small.
