Had a terrible stay, property is a mess, trash all over the place. Lots of people living on property, bunch of creeps lurking around. No remote in room, was given a remote that only powered TV on and off so no TV, water didn’t get hot, took a lukewarm shower. Staff is terrible as well, don’t stay here.

Could. have been. Cleaner and the. Pool had no water.

Very accommodating. We arrived late and left early. Easy to deal with.

Awful, worst place I have ever stayed in. Hardly slept all night. Luckily we were only staying for one night, and that was more than enough. Never been in such a rundown motel. Felt very unsafe. Blinds didnt even fit the window, so anyone could look in the room when walking past. There is nothing good to say about this place. Would not recommend at all.

Close to everything. Front desk super nice. Room looks updated and new. Needs some kinda strips going up the stairs. It's when you go down them that made me nervous. The fridge door to open is on the wrong side. Should open on opposite side..even with these easy fix things I definitely would and can't wait to go back. I had the king suite .

This is “you get what you pay for”, pretty bad conditions of the room, although neat and clean. However, the young man staff was incredibly helpful and attentive.

Nice, modern & quiet.

Nothing. This place was absolutely disgusting. The floors had never been washed. Everything. From the moment I checked in. Place was so nasty. The rooms are not cleaned at all. I cannot believe this place is allowed to stay open. Especially in such a nice location. The online photos are deceiving. And now, I'm getting a message from booking.com that Harborside said I never showed up. So we'll see what they try to do with that. Cause they also "wanted my card info" when I checked in. Good luck with that. There were too many flies to even count in that room, the sheets and towels were nasty, and nothing in that room has ever been cleaned. And, when I was checking in, the person at the front sent me over the abandoned side of the motel where all of the workers were outside hanging out. I was very uncomfortable here the entire time.

New floors, paint & shower A/C was very loud, remote didn't work properly, bathroom mirror and shower curtain were mounted too high (curtain I fixed) and sink stop wouldn't seal, TV was crooked.

The new A/C It was run down, No pool, bath towels were dirty, floor was dirty looked liked it wasn’t washed in a long time.Bed was so close to the wall my husband had to crawl to the bottom of the bed to use the bathroom and the sink was in the bedroom…Toilet was old and disgusting.We had items for a coffee pot but there was not a coffee pot.there was a pool but the indoor pool was full with mattresses..did not enjoy my birthday vacation.. photos are very deceiving.

Stylish and comfortable suite. Space saving furniture which also was very useful. The sit down shower was very helpful to relax after a long beach day or sightseeing. Great to have the washer & dryer on the property. Easy check-in and digital locks which are safer than a room key card. I would highly recommend to solo travelers or families. Pet friendly property is so helpful!

Was the worst stay I’ve experienced and I’ve been traveling for over 40 years. This should not be an option on your site. Literally stayed in a room that was reserved for staff. Awful experience all around.
