Breakfast was not good. Staff there were rude. Staffs attitude. Better mattress and wifi was aweful.

The place was clean but could use some minor repairs.

At the end of day to watch tv thru satellite dish is no good the reception and colors streak across screen so often you have to just shut off.

The biggest downside was the kitchen staff. Yes, there was a tour which made it hard to keep up with, but there were 2 gals and the trash was overflowing. People had to lay there trash wherever they could find room. The tables were not wiped, a non working waffle iron and the 2 gals were in the back on their phones. An hour after the tour left, it was still a disaster. We were there for 3 days and it was the same every day. The room was clean, but no microwave. Very much enjoyed the heated indoor pool and hot tub. Loved our little patio outside our door.

Location, balcony and room service came daily to reset room! Facilities were gorgeous! Our tv didn’t work nor did blow dryer! was somewhat inconvenient with two children

We have stayed there before and have been very pleased with our stay. This time not so much breakfast was terrible food was burned etc and not prepared correctly. The tv in the room kept cutting out the audio wanted to watch us open. Front desk came down to fix but within 5 mins doing it again.. Disappointed we have recommended this property in the past but may reconsider

Location beds cleanliness quiet it was perfect the pool was clean the sauna was great the hot tub was excellent. If I was to say anything I will return. Well id love to see the staff seem to like their job, smile more act like they enjoy it there. Not seem like they have been there forcefully. The remote was not working in my room I asked for batteries, it almost seem like I was pulling teeth. The looks the eye rolling. Then I asked about the tissue that was under my bed, just said could someone just pick it up at the next clean up. It was like I was chopping their arms off. And I did not dare ask them to fix the light on the desk that would not light. The sliding door screen was ripped a bit so bugs could get in.
