The location was great , the view was great and the layout of the room How much noise came from the hallway ; staff could have been a little more professional ; although I will say it was very busy and I can understand the frustration

Location of building and price was great. Stayed at atria sister location multiple times and had no issue. Notified 2 days before trip that hot tub was down. It was down my entire 2-week stay. Water for showers took 10-15 minutes running to have a warm shower. Coffee machine was down in the lobby for about 1/2 my stay. I thought I had a balcony room but I may have been mistaken on my part.

Location and how everything was clean in the rooms. The pool was so small. And they only had two employees at the front desk during checking time. The line of people checking in was too long!

Overall, the property was run down in my opinion. Stained carpets, the rooms were not inviting at all. Would not stay at this location again.

The best part of the hotel was the friendly and accommodating staff, however quality of the facility is where it lacked significantly Terrible smell in the hall way and room. The carpets were stained. Found a few roaches crawling in our bed which prompted us to leave a night earlier than planned.

Superb

Nice view of the ocean. The location was great and it was so nice to have Waterman's across the street and the Sunnyside a block away. It was wonderful to have a coffee maker, refrig, microwave and dishes. Staff was friendly, even though they could not help us. Location is close to Aquarium (take the trolley/bus). Our room (7th floor) was problematic from the start but they said they could not move us because they were booked. Water was leaking up through the floor boards in the kitchen area and in the bathroom. They said AC unit overflow was stuck shut. They fixed within the 1st hour of our arrival and gave us towel rugs for the floors, which we replaced every day. I had 2 toddlers playing inside during the Nor'easter storm and they had wet dirty feet (floor was so dirty that their feet and our socks were black) every day! Having wet towels on wet floors was a hazard for my 90+ Mom too. I attached pictures of the water coming down the wall and up through the floor boards. Part of our family on 5th floor had wet floors too! So it appears to be a systemic problem which will result in mold growth under the floors and in the walls if it doesn't dry out. I hope they fix this problem.

Location Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay. The room had a very strong, unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to stay in. It smelled strongly of dampness and mildew, almost as if the wooden flooring underneath had gotten wet and was retaining moisture. The foul smell was noticeable throughout the room and really affected our overall experience. We hope the hotel looks into the source of the moisture and addresses the flooring or any underlying water damage, as this is not the kind of smell guests should have to deal with during their stay.

Exceptional

The bathroom was good over- all, however, I found the lighting to be too bright and white, especially at night. All in all it was a good experience, especially having a restaurant in the building. I would recommend it to a friend and would stay again.
