Embassy Suites by Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort

The outdoor dining was only opened on weekends, we were not informed. All the outdoor venues. So dining on property was very limited.

The resort is very petty in charging for an umbrella on the beach, but chairs are included. We checked in at 3:54 and was told to come back at 4:00 for check in. Again very petty. The lady who sat us at breakfast was rude and then requested a tip for a buffet in which there was no wait staff. I would never stay at this Embassy Suites again! Overall, it was overpriced and made us feel cheap all at once. Yikes.

Everything was great except the beds. Yall should update them to some pillow tops or something more comfy.

Al good one of the best places I been

We had a great room with a spectacular ocean view. The included breakfast was just okay but chairs and beach umbrella were wonderful.

Clean is first when I first walked in. I’m impressed and I definitely will be coming back

It’s brand new. Oceanfront. Part of a resort with many places to eat and a pool. Right by boardwalk to walk to things. Wonderful breakfast that’s included with stay. The bed was too firm

Best hotel in town!

Excellent location, great breakfast, spacious room, friendly staff (except for one receptionist who wasn’t as nice), Since it was our first stay with that hotel they upgraded our room to a suit at no charge and it was wonderful! Only one of the receptionists wasn’t so nice and she wasn’t so friendly when we asked for bottles of water for the second time that day and said “I don’t think I can give you any more after this!” It was unreasonable and rude.

Property is beautiful! Room was clean with all the amenities needed! Happy hour reception is always great! The entire property is well maintained! Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, it was a nice stay. The accommodations were spacious and clean. I read multiple good reviews on the breakfast buffet but it is average at best. And while it was fun to watch/listen to the outdoor wedding reception across the road at Cavalier Hotel, it was extremely loud until about 10:30p-11p.

Fabulous location! Loved everything about our stay except for the constant screaming out of names when the made-to-order omelets were ready during breakfast in the restaurant. They need to find a better solution for that.

Parking and resort fees

The hotel owed us nothing top tier and clean. Will be our hotel of choice for our next stay.

Everything was excellent except front desk, check in and out is very time consuming. Not enough people at the desk, or no people at all. Long wait time and not so friendly people at the desk, will not even acknowledge your presence. Very nice people at the pool, buffet and housekeeping. Beautiful location!

Paying for beach umbrella is hidden cost and expensive one. Breakfast and beach was good.

the only issue I ran into was that my Embassy Hotel bracelet didn’t work at the Marriott. I went to my car in the parking garage and wasn’t able to get back into the Marriott hotel afterward—I had to exit the garage and go around from the outside.

Our room was immaculately clean! Shoutout to the cleaning staff. They should get a raise. The entire hotel is lovely. The taco spot was absolutely delicious! I wanted to grab some for the road when we checked out, but forgot. So sad about that. Can't wait to come back!

This property was in a great location and you could attend events at all three hotels. The property was beautiful. Great made to order morning breakfast. NA
