Location and the room size great. The staff excellent and the room was clean great hotel . The hotel is in the perfect spot but this is the 2nd time the elevator was not working. So we had to stay in room because of elevator not working. I’m going to stay another hotel next year. The hotel offered nothing for this inconvenience.

Restaurant & Bar in hotel was delicious Only "bad" I can comment on....is those pillows on the bed....absolutely awful

Staff is nice , room was subpar . Balcony was small bed was hard, comforters look like sheets, I'm not joking. Towels and wash cloths were very thin. No one did room service, everyone we saw said they didn't have our room so it never got cleaned. Saturday Night the power flickered more than it worked, Valet was nice, but kept telling me to give a tip. Paid over 1k for 4days 3 nights . Was not impressed. I should have just went back to Hyatt. Oh and mold in the bathroom and tub looked like it was half sprayed with the stuff to make it look new, I have pictures

Great location; multiple room layout was great for family; appreciated pet friendly policy; only complaint was the temperature of the shower water- inconsistent temp. The hotel is getting some age but they did seem to maintain it well.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The hotel staff was extremely courteous, checking in and checking out. The room was very comfortable and clean; they did their best to give us the room we wanted; it was an incredible weekend made better by the staff at the Hilton.

Its hard to keep a beachfront hotel spotless but they do a great job. It cant be perfect. It is still our go to spot for VA beach

Oceanfront view was outstanding the check in time was a joke, we got there at 4:05pm, long lines to check in, then being told our room is not ready, had to wait another hour, finally got room around 5:45. We stayed 2 nights, house keeping took all our dirty towels and didn't leave any replacements, how do they expect us to shower??, tried calling front desk, was put on hold for couple of minutes so hung up and called manager, line was busy. Had to walk down to front desk to ask for towels. Not happy having to solve problems on vacation

Valet parking was the best option for me. The restaurant and free breakfast were great. I had a beautiful and spacious room overlooking the boardwalk and beach. Best birthday ever.

The toilet is too low!

Outstanding experience from beginning to end. The property was beautiful, the service was excellent, and everything was handled professionally. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfect location, easy access parking, pet friendly. Downside was the check in. I arrived after 5pm and my room was not ready until after 6:30pm. That was just unacceptable.
