Residence Inn by Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront

Exceptional

Amount of space, the fabulous view, clean and comfortable. That we didn't know about parking fees for the week. Don't get me wrong it's always nice, but don't surprise people with the cost. The do need to clean the sliding doors more often..

Bad

The front desk was amazing and exteremly helpful. Unfortunately, the cleaning service was non existent and had to call the front desk everyday for clean towels.

Exceptional

nice, friendly staff and good breakfast

The room was huge, clean, and with huge refrigerator. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Will be back again.

The best part was the view from the balcony we got to watch dolphins go by almost every day.

We liked everything here: the ocean view, friendliness of the staff and valets Donnell and Danica were extra friendly. The location was very walkable to several restaurants. The one downside was the laundry facilities. While it was very nice that it was free, the machines were very old and clearly need to be replaced

Needs updating, coffee maker and bathroom fan were not working, sofa bed mattress was old and un-supportive. The staff was amazing,

Breakfast was really good. A lot of things to choose from.

The staff was amazing,

All around 5 stars minus the reception young lady with glasses.. charged my credit card applied for incidentals and parking, however, I had already paid in full via Expedia prior to my stay. BE CAREFUL, this staff seems to not do a great job at double checking.. causing you great stress dealing with Residence Inn customer service and credit card companies….

Exceptional

We love it.

Staff was so very helpful and nice. Complementary breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of foods. Location was great. Indoor pool was underwhelming and would love it if there was an outdoor pool.

Enjoyed my stay

The location was perfect I had no complaints

The room was spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable and I loved the view I didn't like the cold water from the sink and the shower water only got up to Luke warm and the stream was weak.
