The Grand Hyatt in Vail is new, clean and luxurious. Everything is high quality with now wear and tear. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the bathrooms are gorgeous. My favorite amenity was the salt water hot tub. It was huge, with pool side towels, fairy lights and it looks out over the river.

We really appreciated the shuttle bus and the hours. It was very helpful.

The property itself is in a beautiful area, love the shuttle to and from vail village. The front desk staff was amazing!! Anytime we needed anything or just checking in they were fantastic! The pool is beautiful, however the night we went to use it there was only one other person there but there was trash everywhere, empty alcohol cans, cups and just lots of trash and used towels all over the chairs. It was pretty late at night 8:00 and empty so not sure why it was such a mess then a bear came into the pool area to eat all the trash and we had to rush out! Maybe if it had been cleaned up and the trash taken out before dusk the bear wouldn’t have been enticed into the pool area. We went back to the pool in the morning and it was all clean and nice. The carpet in the hallways was very dirty with debris. The room we stayed in was very nice just showing lots of wear and tear. The night stand had green electrical tape holding the outlet on, Overall we had a wonderful time just expected a bit more from a grand Hyatt and the price we paid for the night.

We enjoyed 5 nights. Accomodations were nice. Shuttle service was great! Breakfast restaurant excellent.

The property definitely needs renovation! Furniture was scratched. Window coverings were starting to shred. Window to room would not open and no crank to open it. Cushions on couch were worn. Movie theatre only open limited nights. Workout room needs renovation as well and more space. Room was clean and the staff very helpful. Heat and Air needs to be redirected. It blows at occupants head all night long.

The location was a bit outside of the main area, but we kind of liked that. It was easily reached by the hotel shuttle or a walking/biking path. It sat right on the creek, which was beautiful. The room was nice - comfortable bed and really nice bathroom/shower. The pool was nice, though it was pretty full during our stay. We also received massages while we were there, and it was one of the best I've ever had. Highly recommend the spa for some pampering. Really only a few minor things. The hot tub seemed a little old. The water in our room took several minutes before it was hot. We had one staff member who was...unpleasant. I'm just going to assume she was having a bad day. Otherwise, our stay was really lovely.

Got to the room first impression blood splatter all over the wall. Food was shoved in the bed cracks, room was not clean. Spa was good but shower had a backup after a relaxing massage taking a shower in sewage was a down side. No ac hallway was unbearably hot. Hot tub was a kid pool that was green. Not impressed with service or cleanliness of this hotel.

The swimming pool was smaller than the actual pool. For the amount of people in the pool it was ridiculous.
