Then during the night I awoke to pain in my back. It was because my side mattress was so thin that I had been sleeping on top of mattress COII springs!! By moving to the edge of bed, I was able to finish the night. B'fast and checkout went OK. Then, arriving home, the next day came with a notice from Marriott that the parking was NOT free and there was another charge that I didn't understand. (Not the Nachos). SO, what value would you put on our stay???

I have stayed at many Residence Inns around the country always with pleasant stays. Unfortunately for this location there were several issues, two of which were misrepresented by nondisclosure during online booking. The online booking did not state that parking could be at a facility over a mile away and that a shuttle would be needed to escort you to and from your car each time you wished to use it. Guests had to call the hotel from the alternate garage to summon the shuttle for pickup. Staff stated their garage did not have enough space for all guests. Since there are no restaurants within walking distance of the hotel this was very inconvenient. This information should be clearly stated online. The free breakfast was supposed to be served through 9:30 am each day but from 8:55 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. close on both mornings of my stay no hot food was brought out to replenish the empty serving dishes. There were many unhappy guests. At checkout I was told we had no additional charges - zero balance. Later that day I received an invoice by email showing a charge of $8.95 for ‘data use’. No mention of this charge was made when booking or at checkout. Nowhere in the room or on our room card holder did it say internet use was an additional fee, if that indeed was what the charge was for.

The room was great! The shower was the best!! Breakfast was a feast!!! The shuttle was fast, efficient, and freindly!

when I arrived their on-site parking was full. Had to park in a public lot a mile away. I single female traveler doesn't want to wait for a bus to come by for pickup. Not in the dark!!

Hotel was clean and perfect but plz do book the hotel only if you get the parking spot .. it’s too much hassle to coordinate with staffs and driver to get the shuttle if you park outside the hotel

Great exercise facility good. Breakfast

Parking was inconvenient

Lack of on sight parking was an inconvenience, having to call for a shuttle to go to and from the parking garage that was more than a mile away. This is absolutely not the fault of the staff, who handled the situation with kindness and professionalism
-
Had to park off the property and when I called got a shuttle I had to call seven times to finally reach someone.
-
Very nice hotel to stay in with large rooms, parking is $50 per night FYI
-
Clean room/Breakfast

Apart from that, everything thing else was perfect. Also, the 45$ parking fee should be mentioned in the description coz it’s a pretty steep price if you didn’t account for it while booking your stay.

Very comfortable. Staff very nice!

I've had better experiences at different Marriots. Dishwasher was broken and kept beeping, curtains still let light in from the outside. the combo of both woke my toddler up. The outside check in area is a mess if more then 3 vehicles show up at the same time it's a mess.

Everything was wonderful. Lovely suite with a balcony and views of the mountains. Kitchen included a full size refrigerator, 2-burner cook top, mini-dishwasher, pots and pan, utensils, dishware, deep sink, seating at the countertop. I loved the scent of the suite. Everything was clean and in great condition. The staff was prompt, courteous, and kept up with cleaning the property. Breakfast was delicious with much variety. My suite was on the front side of the building and faced the interstate, so there was some noise at night but that didn’t keep me awake. Light sleepers might find that it’s not quiet enough. If I stay here again, I’d be curious about the suites on the back side.
