    We had a pleasant stay...

Staff: sub par. The staff seemed like the inexperienced training the more inexperienced. They were polite. Location: excellent! Valet: excellent! Cleanliness: very good. Clean upon arrival. House keeping: sub par. not offered daily. X 1 in a 4 night stay. Billing: subpar. Double check your bill. (Inexperienced staff.)

    Great area

When we checked in they said they had a private shuttle for guests but we’d have to call to get picked up from Elways. We called every number associated with the hotel and nobody answered the phones. So we froze waiting for the city bus.

Checking in we had 3 staff members at the front desk. They appeared to be in conversation but about what I do not know. All three looked right at us and never asked if we needed to check in. I said excuse 3 times and no response as the three kept talking amongst themselves. Finally after an awkward 10 mins I said “Checking in please” one of the employees said my last name “Saputo?” So obviously they knew we were checking in. The surrounding area between the front desk and the walk to our wing appeared dirty. The room was pretty good however the toilet flushing handle was broken and had to be rest for every flush. Floor warmer is confusing and never got it to work completely. Upon venturing out the next morning I called for our car but the valet had no record from the front desk. While waiting for the car I went back in to get a cup of coffee. After preparing my sugar and cream I went to pour the coffee. Only to find the container empty. For the price you charge even in the off season your service seems lacking in attention to detail. I will say the Valet (Joe) was quite good and helpful as was the courtesy shuttle driver. I didn’t catch his name. I’m very leery of trying your hotel again.

    Very classy, conveniently located.

  • Engine customer Sep 2026

    Phenomenal establishment and service.

  • Engine customer Sep 2026

Location was great and the view was smack from the hot tub No room service, no house keeping for a two night stay. This is not at 'full service' feel. For this price point both should he available 7 days a week. Covid is over people let's get back to full service at 5 star places...

We stayed in a 1 bedroom condo, #560 excellent place to stay

  • Engine customer Sep 2026

We felt like we were a burden to the staff. Also, when we booked our stay, breakfast was to be included in the cost of our stay at their restaurant. When we got there they let us know that breakfast was no longer included but that our price remained the same. Even though the property was nice and a nice location we will not be staying with them again.

    Superb

We also thought the charge for parking was a little steep - $60 a day. Every time we wanted to leave the property, we had to wait for the valet to bring the car around. This was an inconvenience in my opinion. It was, however, very walkable to all the shops and restaurants in the area.

Well appointed. Car service was great. Staff was helpful. Room size and bathroom was great. Living area of suite was awkward for tv viewing. Menu selection was same for Dining room, Tavern, and room service.

    Exceptional

  • Engine customer Sep 2026

Biggest thing which was shocking is that they do not come and make up the room and restock coffee, etc. every day. Only for three day stays or longer. Can’t remember the last time I stayed at a hotel of any rating that didn’t do that. Let alone a five star. Stayed at the Sonnonalp three days later and it was a completely different experience. Stayed in an executive king with Mountain View. Lots of square footage but completely wasted. Just a giant rectangle with lots of open floor space and no character. Front desk and concierge were helpful. Lady who is tending by was very rude and obviously having a bad day. I doubt I will be back. Especially not on my own dime. There are several other options that are better.

The pillows were exceptionally uncomfortable. Beautiful view. I was a bit disappointed that while I was preparing to leave at 11am and staff came knocking on the door. A bit tacky.

I’ve been here many times before and loved the place so I keep coming back. I’m very disappointed that I asked for my electric vehicle to be charged overnight so I could have enough charge to return to castle pines and to my dismay it wasn’t. I reminded the front desk twice and they assured me it was, but it was not and I had to stop off in FairPlay to find a charging station. It’s dark and lonely and unsafe. Not good Arabelle- not your level of service.

Check in time is 4:00pm. The Concierge left at 4:30. The beds are very high and difficult to get into. There was only one chair for a room for 4. There was only one robe and we were not told about the free water when we checked in. The light switches were difficult to work. The valets were very nice and responsive. The rooms were attractive.

  • Engine customer Sep 2026

My wife and I stayed here for two days. The room was beautiful. The staff were all friendly, and it was within walking distance for most of Vail.

The manager gave us our check and said something less than $8.00 was deducted for inconvenience. He said my breakfast burrito took longer than expected to make. It only contained scrambled eggs, cheese and beans with green chili sauce. What an insult! An $8.00 credit on a $57.00 bill for indigestion and raised blood pressure. We had to hustle to our car. Not a nice and comfortable experience in the least. Once we got to our car, it reeked of body odor from the valet. I do not know I would stay again. The poor experience, lack of accountability, responsibility and discusting personal hygiene the hotel exhibited that final day was telling and the credit was an insult. We stayed two separate nights in one week.
