Worth its price, only slept one night to go to airport. Did not use amenities to comment on those

I stay there overnight for the hospital that is nearby. I have had multiple stays. Always perfect. Rooms clean. No issues It was a good

Breakfast ok I only ate the Korean style boiled eggs, that was really good, and Frosted Flakes. Fro t night desk clerk, male was nice and helpful.

This was a great location, rooms were very clean. This was a great stay The only complaint was the hot tub was lukewarm

This is a great place to stay outside of Seattle! Nice and clean rooms and breakfast was good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a light rail station close by or you can drive in to Seattle pretty easily.

This is my second time staying at this property. I did not have any issues. The staff was very friendly. Had a couple of questions and they were able to answer them for me. Seems like a quiet area didn’t have any issues with people lounging around outside. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

I have found my hotel for my south end visits. The staff especially the front desk went above to make me feel comfortable. Her name begins with a S. I lost the card she gave me. She was welcoming and when I was stressing out about the number of guests at breakfast. She saw my panic and assured me I could eat in the quiet lobby. The shuttle drivers were extremely helpful and so informative about the hotel. It is under some renovations but it definitely will be my go to. See you in March

The shuttle from the airport was very convenient. Very good breakfast. Very comfortable bed.

Free parking is good. Breakfast was okay. Hotel could use some updates, looks dated.

The airport shuttle was an important factor in using this hotel. However, I found the hotel to be very comfortable, good breakfast, and very helpful staff. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. I recommend this hotel and I will certainly stay there again if I’m in the area.

Issue with the room or staff.

The outside landscaping of the property was badly in need of care. Everything was dead and the grass had died. The room was clean and perfect, Staff was wonderful. There was no breakfast offered.

good location with lots of services within walking distance or by car at a reasonable price. Lots of dining choices and Westfield Center is a must visit.
