We stayed here for 5 nights in September 2026. I like that the Property is conveniently located near Westfield Mall, shops, restaurants and freeways. It helps that there is full hot breakfast every morning starting at 6AM. The room is clean and staff are helpful. There are 2 floors so no elevator and the buildings are spread out. Our room is at the bottom floor, full kitchen , couch and spacious. Parking is $15. I like to stay in this property so I already booked for an upcoming trip to Seattle.

Location, room arrangement, amenities And price Maintenance issues, no airport shuttle, room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 6:30 pm. No towels, soap dispenser was empty, upstairs shower mixing valve was faulty, generally felt like they were understaffed or something was wrong.

Liked the fact that they had everything you could need for cooking. It was quiet when it was supposed to be and there was a security guard walking around. The bed was uncomfortable, there were no sheets for the fold away, it’s out dated.

In urgent need of some serious TLC. Smelly carpets and old installations. Very inconvenient second flor loft. Had to drag family luggage through two flights of stairs.

Right off the freeway and close to the mall and other shops. $12 to park was ridiculous. Not so much the amount of money, just that you have to pay to park at all.

Nothing at all. I stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Tukwila, WA from the 14th to 17th August 2026 and was very disappointed. The staff were not upfront about the basic services—there is no daily room service, which was not disclosed at check-in—and I was surprised by parking fees of $ 12.00 per day only when checking out. The room and common areas felt extremely dirty and unsanitary. I called to have it cleaned; it took more than 5 hours to clean the place, and they were short-staffed. The front desk staff was very rude and argumentative. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I don't like that I was charged for parking after I checked out when I was told it was free.

Nice stay for the money.

They charge for parking. The place is okay, breakfast was fine. We were there for a total of 13 hours and paid 13 dollars for parking in a lot that was not even close to full. I didn't see this in any information anywhere either before the stay or now, after the stay!
