Never disappoints.

Staff was great very helpful if I ever come back to Washington I will stay here again

The staff was very friendly. We love the breakfast thats offered, its the reason we always choose Embassy suites for our family. One thing we felt disappointed about was the size of the beds, double beds are so small. They should be queen size for comfort of your guests. And the pull out couch mattress is uncomfortable!

We Stayed at the Embassy suites two days prior to our cruise to Alaska and it was amazing. I the hotel was within walking distance to the mall and shopping centers. It also was and easy train ride to downtown. the hotel was immaculate. The rooms are well prepared and maintained . The staff great and the breakfast was the best that I’ve had in a long time staying at a hotel. My family and I would definitely stay there again if we’re ever in the Seattle area.

Convenient location to the airport and it was great that breakfast was included. I didn’t appreciate having to pay for parking and having to request housekeeping since our floor was not swept or vacuumed.

Food was good. Bar was great and fast. Toilets -Dirty, beds -Had hair , shower-slimy, customers serves- terrible, not polite and don’t count on there transport because they are not reliable

Breakfast ends at 9 which sucks for ppl who wakes up at 9 or a lil after so you miss it especially if you’re hung over from your birthday pool as close and jazzcci so I didn’t get to use it, which is what I booked it for I missed the bar because I arrived after nine I just wish they served longer hours that’s all and open amenities back up

Great place to stay

Room was clean and ample, but the double beds fell short of space. I think queen beds should be queen size minimum at any hotel.

Lovely hotel. Fun goodies when we arrived.

The housekeeping staff was also wonderful. Ella and Martha were especially helpful throughout our stay. The rest of the housekeeping team did a great job as well. The property was kept spotless, our room was well stocked, and everyone we interacted with was helpful and welcoming. Overall, we had a great experience and really appreciated the excellent customer service and cleanliness of the property.

Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. The pool and fitness area are not large enough and need more attention to meet the level of the rest of the property.
