Visit was very positive. Staff were super helpful and professional. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. I plan future stays when visiting the university.

Location to my daughter’s college. The smell of air freshener and/or carpet fresh were so strong it gave me a headache. It was throughout the hotel areas with carpet. It really was overwhelming.

Was not able to get an itemized bill for submitting my company reimbursement. Was told he refused and I needed to get it from the booking company. I have gotten itemized bills from from desk on many occasions prior. The clerk was rude and argumentative.

Check-in was easy. Was surprised to see I had a full kitchen available to me. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was beautiful, although they oversold their king suites and downgraded me to a queen but didn't fix the price. Which is around $40.00 differance.

We had an awful experience during aa short stay at this Home2 by Hilton We checked in at 1 pm. At around 11:30 at night, another guest opened the door and was ready to enter the room with an electronic key, which scared my fiancée and myself to death. I went to front desk with the other guest. The staff at the desk was nice but had a hard time to figure out what happened and how to fix it considering the room was checked in under other guess name in the system and all rooms were booked. After a length wait, she managed to find an unoccupied room and switch him to that room with a full refund and apology. However she still couldn’t figure out how to check me in the room that we were supposed to have been checked into in the afternoon. My room keys were not working anymore. She tried another hour without any resolution and decided to call their manager. They were working on speak phone for a length time too and eventually found a way to make couple new room keys for me. When I asked the staff if I get a refund like what the other guest received from them, the staff responded “of course”. At that time I heard the manager screaming on speak phone something like no, why we give him a refund if he doesn’t move out here? That made my already awful feeling about this stay much more terrible. Although the staff did promise a refund in the end, we had a horrific late night experience with the stay at Home2 in Bowling Green. We will never use Hilton again for our travel needs.

A couple of days after the incident, which I thought nothing of at the time (I thought that they had somehow combined my next stay with my current), I was forced to pay an additional $700 on top of my $1200 booking through Expedia for 7 nights, as I had apparently only been accommodated for 3 nights, despite already paying for 10. They assured me that it was the third party's fault, after which I contacted Expedia, whom the hotel seemingly refused to communicate with. As such, I never got my refund, or any information at all for that matter, and I decided to call a few days after check-out to see if I could get my money back. The receptionist at the time came to the conclusion that it was their fault, in fact, and that the manager would call me the next morning. That morning, no call came, so I called again the day after. After two calls asking for the manager, both of which mysteriously dropped, which I can only imagine was the manager hanging up on me, I got into contact with him. He did not let me explain my side of the story, interrupting me, almost yelling, and insisting that nothing could be done, despite what I was told the day before. Safe to say that I will not be staying at a Hilton property ever again.

Short overnight stay while we moved our son into a college apartment. The hotel was nice, clean, and very well kept. Would recommend staying there again.

The carpets are filthy. The bed and pillows were hard, providing terrible sleep. Refrigerator still had someone else’s food inside causing an oder.

Breakfast went later than most places - great. Staff at check-in and check out very friendly and helpful. At first look the rooms were very nice. The complete kitchen including coffee maker in suite was very nice. Location, even with the construction nearby, was quiet enough plus it was near enough to our destination, shopping and restaurants. We even had an opportunity to utilize the pool and the gym which was open late. The primary things that I didn’t like were the number of beds in the room and the cleanliness of the sofa beds. We reserved for 5 people - one family parents and three adult children so we were looking for at least one room with 2 beds and the sofa bed. Both rooms had one bed. No problem except that both sofa beds were disgusting! On the cushions were blood stains on one and what looked like brown fecal stains. When pulling out the sofa beds there were very visible large blood stains on one and on the other it looked like larger also visible yellow urine stains. When we called to report it the front desk said well “we can’t replace the sofas” so she invited us to come get a mattress pad. One pad once opened had even more stains. My children slept on pallets of items we brought in from our car.
