I was happy with the place until 8:00am on Saturday morning when construction started on the front of the building right next to our window! We hadn't planned on getting up until later because we got to sleep so late but there was no way to sleep with all the machinery noise. Had I known there was construction going on there I would've made my resersvations at one of the hotels down the street!!

The property is under outside renovation construction, but it didn't affect our stay.

My room was prepaid so the check-in was fast and easy. I was surprised when they asked for a credit card to cover incidentals when there didn't seem to be any thing I could order.

The person maintaining the breakfast room did an exceptional job, right on task, kept tables clean, very pleasant. Our hotel room was cold & damp. Curtain broken & window was covered over in plastic so we could not look out. Hallways are very poorly lit.

It have a very convenient location for our soccer tournament. The TV in our room had no signal. Not a huge deal to us, but would have been nice to have access to a show while we were falling asleep, and to entertain the kids while they were getting ready. The pool was okay, when we asked for towels we were told no. So the kids went dripping wet back up to the room.

When booking, there was no information on the rules about pets. The fee was 50% of my room. They have a rule about not leaving the dog unattended in the room, also not previously stated. This disrupted our family plans and the budget for the trip.

Other then the hot tub and pool it wasn’t even a 4/10

Room was clean the staff was pleasant and breakfast very good.

Rude staff in am hours, housekeeping knocked on my door even with a do not disturb sign at 9 am. We arrived at 130 am from out of state ! This is not ok

Date important:7/18. Facility if under major exterior construction which was not advertised in advance. This had several negatives. Parking lot contained trash and debris. Side entrance ways and surrounding hallways contained construction debris. Fire access doors auto closures were disconnected leaving staircase and hallway doors open that should have been closed. This was the most troubling. Staff was excellent, breakfast was fresh and staff member was working hard to keep stocked and clean. Rate did not take into account the inconveniences.

Major construction and the workers were outside our 3rd story window working until 8:30 pm. Pool was ice cold and the hot tub was hot but the jets didn’t work so it was just hot water. When I pay that much to stay at a hotel I expect better or at least reduce the price. The breakfast was good though. Waffles, eggs, potatoes, sausage and more. I guess when construction is done it will be better but it will be a while. It should be noted on the site if major construction is going on.

Staff was nice; clean rooms; breakfast was ok. Hot tub jets didn’t work -I had called when I made reservation and told it did; maintenance and housekeeping wasn’t there on July 4th -front desk had to bring towels to pool. Pool was not very clear.
