I liked the front desk staff, housekeeping, and the location was great. Not too many places to park.

Parking is very limited. There were trailers and buses parked across many spots that made it very difficult to park!

Breakfast was hot and items were kept filled. Hot Tub was closed for repairs. The windows were constantly sweating and dripping water on the HVAC Unit and the floor. There was mold around the bottom edge of the shower. Whoever installed the HVAC Unit and the wallpaper in the bathroom needs to learn how to do the jobs professionally. HVAC unit had air gaps you could see light through, Non of the sheets of wallpaper lined up correctly.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The room was extremely clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Hotel had a very strong odor of moisture? But with chemical deodorizer to cover it. Gave me a headache. Otherwise the hotel was ok. Very close to BG campus

Clean Staff was never at front desk. Swimming pool was cold to be an indoor pool. I had extra charges on my card. Called to ask about it and I got no help.

The bed was so comfortable that I slept which I never do in hotels. Evertything smelled so clean and fresh, and the a/c was located in a place in the room that did not blow directly on the bed. We were pleased with the room and the location. Breakfast was good. I would like to see a few gluten free options but why there are none.
