The room was amazing and extremely clean, staff were phenomenal. We arrived and checked in and ate at the bar, service was great. We then went for a swim and afterwards took showers, bathroom was perfect water pressure good, hair dryer was broken but front desk had us a new one in under 10 minutes. Every aspect of this hotel is an amazing experience. Will definitely be back!!!

The bar was unattended during posted hours, so I had to leave the property. Valet returned my car smelling of smoke and was later absent while socializing at the front desk.

Overall, we had a good stay. The staff were very helpful. Upon arrival I was able to check-in early. However, I was asked about noise due to construction. We had 2 French bulldogs with us. I thought we chose the room with less noise -we did not. Every morning we heard banging. It sounded like it was coming through the roof at one point. I inquired about a better view when we arrived. There wasn't a room available. I was told they would reach out to me the next day because there would be a room available. They did reach out, BUT in order for us to move rooms, we would've had to pay another pet deposit. We decided not to change rooms. The staff made sure to make up for construction with gifting us free breakfast the following morning, along with extending our check-out time. I do not think the King Suite was worth $400/night. Behind the king sized bed hadn't been vacuumed and dusted in months, no microwave to reheat food from restaurants, or additional sink to wash cups/hands, no lighting in the coffee/kitchenette nook, and no way to stream your favorite streaming svc w/out becoming a Hyatt member. The lights in the restroom were very dim and there's only one way access to the restroom, which is through the bedroom. Again, for the price I was underwhelmed and disappointed. I would not stay here again due to the hotel aesthetic. It does not meet the upscale, Market Street vibe. It's outdated and needs serious upgrades.

Very well maintained hotel, central to everything. Only complaint , beds and pillows were terrible . It was like sinking in an air mattress :(

Comfortable room. $40.00 charge for valet parking is excessive.

Our room was smaller than anticipated and even though we requested a quiet room the 7:30 am leaf blower and the noise from the housekeepers workroom above us at 8:00 am woke us both days of our stay. We ordered food from the resturant and found the food to be just average. $40.00 to valet the car was a bit much for this property. Overall the staff was very accommodating but in my opinion, the hotel stay was not a good value.
