Location It was damp in the room. Very humid. Front desk reception wasn’t very friendly.

We like the ease of access to freeway, restaurants, and shopping. The price is very reasonable.

There is a parking fee although it's at least only one time.

The bed and the pillows were comfortable in the manager is very sweet. You do have one employee we did not get her name. She worked The night shift, with glasses, does not have very good customer service attitude. Our key cards stopped working and she was not very pleasant about giving us new ones. And we kindly asked why both stopped working and she just rudely said that we put them next to our cell phones which deactivated them, which is not true. We keep our key cards in our wallets which is not near the Cell Phone. Our wallet have material that does not allow any transmission due to Credit Card frauds

I thought that because this hotel was in The Woodlands it would at the very least be cleaner, it was not and I was mistaken in that assumption. The carpet in the room felt gross to even be barefoot on. It said they were renovating but there was nothing actually taking place so I definitely would not recommend staying here with kids.
