Had a very good stay, room was clean and comfortable no issues for the one night I stayed and will definitely stay at this location again

My only complaint is that the lobby and hallways are HOT as if the AC is off or not working.

Great room, plenty of parking and very good breakfast. Very accommodating staff.

Staff were very professional and friendly. Room was very nice and clean. Bathroom very clean and had all the amenities needed. Very quiet and breakfast was very good. We will definitely be staying here again and I highly recommend it!

Pros: Location to the hospitals, shower water pressure, and quiet room even facing the freeway. Cons: Front desk staff on personal call during check-in, cigarette smell in elevator, musty room smell, and a/c too warm despite it saying 68. I’m a naturally cold person and comfortable with home at 75 and felt too warm in this room.

My only major complaint is the room was set to 75° when we arrived. The entire room was humid, damp, and smelled of mildew. We had a really hard time sleeping because of how humid it was. Even after we set the A/C to dry and the room finally cooled off the humidity was near unbearable.

The room was leaking water from the AC onto the carpeted floor. The floor was warped around the AC. There was a big roach in the room and I could not sleep thinking about the roach and possibly the floor collapsing from the leaking water. I did have an outdoor pool that we did not have a chance to use. Very small bottle of shampoo is given. We only stayed 1 night so it was enough, anything more than a night would have required more.

Good place for a one night stay while traveling. Helpful staff. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. They had fruits and a hot buffet.
