The A/C took a bit of time to work. It was a wall unit so I find that A/C units like this in that big of room tend to not cool off the entire room. It also made a very loud rattling noise. The shower also wasn't that clean as there was hair in the shower

Very clean. Convenient to what we were doing. Mattress was not good. Clean, but very uncomfortable. Toilet was 1’ off the floor. Not good for older folks.

Nothing. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I have traveled all over the United States and the world and have never stayed in a hotel this dilapidated, lacking maintenance, and with hotel 'guests' who were clearly living there. For a hotel that we were told was "newly renovated", this is a terribly run-down property and is very poorly maintained. The first room we were in had a leak under the bathroom sink plumbing, so we had to move rooms from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor. The second room we were in, we found on day 1, there was a constant leak of water running down the inside of the wall on the outer edge of the shower, and rolling out of the wall on top of the baseboard and leaving a constant trickle of water in the bathroom, mildly flooding the bathroom floor. We notified the staff and just kept towels on the floor to absorb the water. The dishwasher was completely detached from the countertop secured fasterner, and when we opened the dishwasher, the entire dishwasher tilted out and forward, coming out from underneath the kitchen counter. While we were there, the cable TV was so unavailable that we got only about 3 channels. The staff said they are aware of it and working on getting a new cable company. However, during the full week we stayed, there was essentially no TV available. In addition, due to the TV function not allowing us to download our own streaming apps, we had to watch TV from my computer, plugging in an HDMI cable to the TV and projecting our streaming apps onto the TV. There were only 2 plates, and 2 each of a fork, spoon, butter knife, and cups in the room. Poorly appointed for a longer-term stay. Finally, on the very last day we were checking out, the condensate drain on the air conditioning unit started overflowing into the room. We got out of that place as fast as we could. Oh wait....only to encounter multiple days of returning to the hotel in the evenings being overtaken by smoke from people outside smoking pot/weed, every night. It was sickening. These are the 'guests' who we clearly saw were living there. We will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.

The roaches were the only issue. I did a review warning others to not stay there. Not sure if anything was ever refunded this was a month ago. If a refund is possible I'd love to have it.

This hotel was bland at best. I won’t stay here again. The pictures looked great when choosing a place to stay. First, I couldn’t figure out right away where to pull up to check in. It was in an awkward position. The room was so humid when we got in, the bedsheets felt like they were wet. The internet was crummy to where we couldn’t use our firestick. In the morning when I really wanted some coffee, the machine wouldn’t work. It was cheap, so I thought I was getting a good deal. You get what you pay for.

Keep Hotel employee she was amazing and very helpful she went above and beyond! My baby was having surgery the following morning well made she she had the best friend to play with (Hotel employee played with her like she had known her forever

The room very clean, people were very nice, easy check in. The AC unit was very noisy.
