The Hotel at Sunland Park Casino El Paso, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Nice place to stay

Ok

Loved it! Great staff and super clean and useful gym. Will come back!

The room was very clean and tidy. The bed very comfortable. I did use the coffee machine in the room. It was adequate, but I wanted more than one cup, which they keep for the staff and guests in the lobby. The front desk agent was kind and helpful. Location: The motel is close to many restaurants and services. A quick drive for anything you want. I stayed only one night. It was as expected. The door to the bathroom was not on its track and would not close properly.

The Best Western RAISED their prices (not worth it) so I elected to drive a little further and closer to home to stay across from the track. This hotel is on track property. Room was clean, except for the over bearing smell of deodorizer (Fabuloso???) Uhg! All the practical needs were met, but the open parking lot was too tempting for dragsters and a couple times a night all I could hear were tires skidding and engines of muscle cars revving. I left at 2:45 am when getting up finally seemed like the best option instead of trying to sleep through the outside noise. As I was pulling out there were police running cars off. This place is 100% ok for a quick respite, but candidly there are a lot of choices in the area and I’ll be inclined to avoid El Paso altogether.

Proximity to family events No breakfast

Good

It was good, conveniently located

Staff was very friendly and inviting. Room was clean, beds comfortable and towels were large in size. The view from our room was beautiful. Loved the overall experience of our stay.

Nice beds and pillows

Todo el grupo de empleados del hotel son muy profesionales y ayudan en todo lo único que me gustaría es que tengan almuerzos sería genial gracias por todo a todos los integrantes del casino

Large clean and comfortable room with a walk in shower. I will stay here again.

I never received my deposit

It’s nothing like the description nor are the pictures accurate! This is a dump and not worth it even if room was free. I prepaid and they didn’t refund me and I didn’t stay there. Beyond disgusting

Good overall stay for a night.

Clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Helpful and friendly staff.
