It was good overall. I would come back again.

I left some jeans with money in the room we stayed and I know for a fact I did; and they said they didn’t have them when I called. The room we stayed in the shower was dirty and the closet door was broken. Never received a phone call back from the managers.

Staff was awesome! Property was well kept and pleasant.

This is not your typical Holiday Inn. There’s “villas” that you stay in, which are independent buildings with just 4 rooms, there’s a first floor and a second floor. It’s all fenced, but someone can easily jump the fence. Didn’t feel safe, the bathroom smelled like sewage, the bathtub was old and had mold. I will never stay here again, I do not recommend. You’re better off paying more for a different hotel.

We got the room after 4 pm to check in, they don’t offer us water to wait
-
What I didn't like was the pool area; it was very neglected and dirty. The jacuzzi wasn't working.

I had a HORRIBLE experience at this hotel. I was charged over $300 for one night, it took me an hour and a half to check in. Room is as NOT vacuumed. Shower was not cleaned. AC was set at 85 degrees, was so uncomfortable inside the room. Took about 3 hrs to get the temperature down. Appliances were outdated, room was not well maintained. WAY overpriced for the room that I got.
-
When we got in the room, the restroom had roaches and hairs in the bathtub, but everything was good except that detail
