Very nice property with great amenities. Would highly recommend recommend for business or personal travel I have been here before and had great service , this trip they forgot to clean my room and make up my bed. I stayed for 3 nights so I should have had at least one service; they did bring me extra towels, which was appreciated

The plumbing in the room had not been checked for the operation of the fixtures. The toilet did not flush and the faucet at the sink was hard to operate

Great location, close to everything, tricky parking garage access but very secure. Nice room, clean, enough space for two adults and two teens. Good breakfast with options for gluten-free and dairy-free. Great food in walking distance. The access to the highway was close, but somewhat difficult due to the sharp turns and many frontage road turn offs just before the on-ramp.

We had a wonderful stay! We decided on this trip that this is our hotel for any Twin Cities trips like this in the future. We have a three year old and the children’s swimming pool area is just perfect. We actually picked this hotel as a convenient option that stood out with a toddler mushroom waterfall. But they also had a small whale and a toddler sized water slide and small fountains in the floor in a zero entry area. They should have more pictures of the children’s pool online, but then they might be booked instead of a hidden gem! We had a beautiful room with a great view. And we loved the continental breakfast. I am celiac and they had gluten free bagels and muffins available! Plus the classic hotel waffles and buffet. They also had a European style flair with prosciutto and cheese and fruit. Unfortunately, on our last morning I missed the breakfast hours because I didn’t realize they closed an hour earlier on the Labor Day holiday Monday. The staff was very kind and offered the remaining options and they were all very helpful throughout our stay. We look forward to visiting again and making this our home away from home.

We also appreciate and enjoy the breakfast - just wish it started @ 6:00 every day. Our visit was Thursday - Sunday, so we missed breakfast on Saturday and Sunday as it doesn't start until 7:00 and we had to leave before that.
