Holiday Inn Spearfish - Convention Center by IHG

Very friendly staff. Felt safe!

The attached bar and restaurant was very good.

The room was mildly clean. Stains on the carpet, an over frozen mini fridge, slow draining sink and tub. Took a shower in 3 inches of water, that was nice. It just looked like an old, tired hotel that's been remodeled one too many times. But it was not bad. It was just ok. I need a room and it sufficed.

Mainly the location and restaurants The shower was awful, the Wi-Fi was horrendous bad..

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the little restaurant! And we were an hour early and they hurried to finish and get us in. We will stay again for sure!

Great location, spacious room, and great pool area! Staff were always friendly and helpful. However, the hotel really needs a renovation/remodel. Carpet is so worn and stained. It smells musty and everything is very outdated.

the location was nice. the beds were comfy and the staff were very very nice and helpful. needed to be renovated. almost all the wallpaper in our room was falling off the wall or bubbled. the shower looked very old and unclean.

Pool area was really cool. Pool area should offer towels right there Although the restaurant was a nice touch, people still love to go down to the breakfast area and have a roll. Donut. Muffin. Or toast. We like yogurt and bananas and milk and juice. Air conditioner in room 238 especially not good. Was so hot. We had to go to walmart and get fans. And cleanliness needs to be better. So much dust and filth under the beds. Area to the right of the elevator on the second floor where theres two love seats had the same over flowing garbage can for the 2 days we were there. Your a well known change. Your inside vibe has got to be better

Not good, staff is nice but other then that not good

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the large parking lot. Traveling with a truck and trailer during bike week the parking lot is large enough to accommodate everyone traveling with large trailers. But the rooms are in some serious TLC. Mold in the ceiling of the bathrooms, the sink would not drain, and the TV a prior guest or someone put parent code on so we could not watch the TV (master code, ect... would not work) it took some time to make the stuff believe the TV would not work, but they did eventually fixed it. Hopefully in the near future they will remodel the Hotel it needs it.

Property needs to be remodeled, carpet filthy. mid week we asked for a room refresh, sheet change and it didn’t happen. Lucky 13 bar was the only good part.

Rooms need upgrade

Don’t stay here until remodeled. Dirty, old, and not inexpensive. Okay location

Good place to sleep

The room was clean however the tub did not drain. We mentioned it to the front stafff to repair.
