Very friendly and attentive staff. We were ill and stayed in the room for the day. Housekeeping checked on us and changed linens when it was convenient for us. Comfortable room and beds. Breakfast was decent with a good selection of options. Workout room was very nice. Used the guest laundry and machines worked well. Location was right off the interstate and close to Wal-mart, but a little difficult to get out of and a ways from the downtown area. Pool was a little small and could have used a skimmer net for a couple of bugs. Hot tub was posted as out of order during our stay, appeared the jet pump was not working.

Girl checking in was rude and not informative at all!! The eggs and sausage were cold. For it being a Hampton was disappointing.

It was easy to get to. We found the staff to be not very friendly which is unusual for a Hilton property. Also, it was pretty pricey for the amenities that were available.

The hotel was recently updated so having a nice, large room, clean, room always a plus. We visited during bike week, so after riding all day coming back to a room to relax with an extra large TV was extra nice.

Very musty/mold smelling when you walk in. Dry urine all over the wall behind the toilet and around the bolts of the toilet in our room. 2nd floor ceiling tile covered in mold. Rooms didn't smell as bad as the main lobby or halls. Staff quickly cleaned the urine once notified. Pool was cold and hot tub wasn't working. I think the smell was the biggest issue being someone sensitive to mold.

Had a great stay there. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was big and clean. The housekeeping service was on point daily. Nice breakfast daily and coffee was available all day.

Our room was clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable. The TV was working then it wasn't, we had to tell the front desk that the remote would not communicate with the TV, after most of the day it was fixed. The in room coffee maker lid was broken. The bathroom faucet sprayed water all over, the tub did not drain properly and the tub /shower area should be redone. The continental hot breakfast was cold, The Oat meal was cold and runny. The coffee in the room and the lobby had very little flavor, if any.

Location was prime for our needs. Gym has Apple Fitness/Health-compatible equipment. Second stay within a week. Second room was in better condition than the first one. Just felt like consistency was a struggle within the facility. Bedding was the concern. There were holes in some of it and some stains were visible.
