Ramada by Wyndham Sioux Falls Airport-Waterpark & Event Ctr

Good location. Good value for an older hotel. Updated shower. Good pool area. Leaky toilet. Flashing smoke detector. Breakfast available for purchase at a bar. Walls not very sound proof.

Exceptional

Great bang for the buck. Nice motel No complaints

Waterpark and restaurant (BP) were excellent

Never go back there again. Disgusting.

We just stayed one night and chose this hotel because of the proximity to the airport since we had a very early morning flight. The rooms were nice and we were able to have adjoining rooms. If you are traveling with small children, they have a indoor waterpark which would be nice. We didn't use it, though. It also had a nice restaurant in the hotel that we ate dinner at. This is no fault of the hotel, but there were people on our hallway that were slamming their hotel room doors all night. That was not amusing, especially since we had a 5:30 am flight the next morning.

The pool and waterpark was why we booked there and it was OK the kids enjoyed it. But it definitely needs an update. The pool was probably the cleanest part of the hotel. The hallways needed attention, the carpets were filthy and torn! ! The room was in poor condition. The blow dryer barely worked. The pull out bed was uncomfortable and had a thin plastic bag that was torn on the mattress. There was only one extra blanket for the pull out and none for the king bed. There was no complimentary breakfast and you had to pay for the coffee in the lobby. For the price we paid to stay there it definitely was not worth it!

Na Na

1st level very noisy by the door. Slammed all night with each person going in and out.

Hallway had an overwhelming smell of chlorine. Other than that, room was clean and fairly quiet.

The water park and arcade was fantastic for the kids! It was a great surprise trip. The maintenance guy was not very friendly when the hot tub stopped working. He blamed everyone in the hot tub for messing with the buttons. Frankly he was a jerk and didn’t listen to anyone. However, the rest of the staff was very helpful and amazing.

Second time in a row with the Hotel alarm fire alarm went off

It’s always clean when my family and I stay there every couple of months. I recommend this hotel to anyone.
