The smell! Such an intoxicating scent as soon as you walk into the lobby. Our room was spotless and it was a fantastic location; easy to get to the downtown area and walkable. We were upgraded to a water view when the customer service rep. found out we were there for my husband’s birthday. Nothing. We would go again.

Location, lovely room, great linens. Breakfast. Shower leaked all over the bathroom. I was told all the rooms are like that. In room Phone didn’t work. Card to leave garage didn’t work. When I checked in, no one told me where the gym was or the breakfast hours or how parking worked.

Absolutely amazing hotel! The room, the view, the amenities, and the staff, every aspect was 10/10, until…right as we were gathering our things in the morning we encountered a COCKROACH in our room. We reported the video we took but received no discount to our stay and it really caused our appreciation for the whole stay to come crashing down. Also, bed pillows were very flat as word of caution for those who are picky. So disappointing because I truly was in awe of how awesome this hotel was, and then the cockroach happened.

My room was not cleaned or towels replaced. The staff took the $10 tip that I left but did not touch the room.

It was convenient that the location was near the Falls and Main Street. I was told that there was no complimentary breakfast. The coffee in the room was terrible. The hotel was very humid inside
