My only real complaint about this property would be that one side of the duvet cover seems to have been constructed from a corduroy sailing tarp. Yes, you can use the opposite side though.

Location of the hotel was great. A few issues with the bathroom but still manageable. Wish there was a complementary area for coffee and tea.

We had an all around great experience from the valet, front desk, food/drinks to the rooms and comfort of beds.

The hotel was just nice. When I think of the W, I think luxury, and it really wasn’t luxury. I was disappointed in the bed sheets. (The sheets had holes in them) and the edges of the towels were ripped. Just seemed old and needed to be replaced. The staff was amazing, so kind. I was just slightly disappointed.

2) parking on site (great valets btw) was 80$/night which is a bit ridiculous. These two were only things keeping us from rating it 5 star.

Amazing location! Staff was very helpful as it was our first time in the city. Rooms were very clean. I loved they had cold water and fruit in the lobby too.

Beautiful room with a lot of space. My husband and I love the decor as well. My husband loved the breakfast options.

Spacious suite with comfortable king-size bed and variety of pillows and lounge seat. Full bath and vanity mirror. Onsite fitness center tho small. Unattractive view of parking garage, low interior lighting.
