Decent spot within the city; not too far from Pike, definitely walkable. Have a great happy hour, and nice restaurant/bar. Bathroom a bit dated. I’d stay again.

The hotel is indeed an old structure, hence the ‘Vintage’ name. My room had a soft sound, maybe plumbing related, coming out of the bathroom. No big issue once I closed the door. The gym is offsite, just a turn right from reception. Not ideal but just a few steps.

Location and breakfast were great Shower head height was too low (for 6’-5” guest)
-
Very friendly staff . Evening cocktail and small bites. Would stay again. Close to convention center 14 min walk.
-
This was a great boutique hotel in downtown Seattle. Very large, clean rooms. Large bathrooms. Near plenty of restaurants. We stayed one night before our cruise.

Would use again.

The downtown location was great. This was not up to Kimpton standards. It is an older hotel with worn and ripped up carpet that is a trip hazzard and it doesn't have that Kimpton scent.
-
VERY dog friendly - best dog hotel in Seattle no doubt. Don't let the adjacent big grass area next door fool you though - as an armed guard will tell you, dogs are not permitted on federal property. Room was nice, no coffee machine though. Bathroom could do with an update. Parking is on-site but $60/day. Good location for downtown, we walked to the stadium for the game, and Pike Place market. Usual Seattle caveats apply re: the homeless who loiter in their drug addled states.

Nice big rooms and a great location

Good location, we enjoyed our stay

The room was ultimately fine. The hygiene products and towels were nice. Water pressure was good. My fourth floor window looked onto an alley and parking garage, with occasional garbage truck and delivery traffic. The large arm chair partially blocked the view of the TV from the bed. The elevator went down once or twice during my stay. Most concerning though, the incidental ($500, for 5 nights) and resort fees ($179.40) were pretty hefty in exchange for free coffee and wine happy hours. If my travels bring me to Seattle again, I’ll have to consider that before booking.

I loved the happy hour with complimentary wine! We were in a time crunch to get ready and eat before a concert, and it was just such a nice welcome. We also ordered room service from the restaurant, and it was delicious. We had a short stay, and I really didn’t notice anything that could’ve been improved upon.

It's a good stay. We had our family of 4 there. The rooms are big, the bathrooms were also a good size. The only issue was that there isn't a pool. Other than that, it's well located in the city and I'd stay there again. The staff were super helpful and welcoming.

The Kimpton Staff was always there to help. Great location! Super quiet rooms. Awesome Vita coffee in the lobby.
-
Location is great. No coffee possible to make in the room. Bathtub shower was unsafe bc slippery base and no wall bar. Price we paid on Booking.com a lot more than current rate. Plus we paid for breakfast but bc we had an early morning flight, we couldn't get breakfast and couldn't get a refund bc we booked it through Booking.com
