Clean and comfortable rooms. Booked and paid for a room for 3 people including breakfast, but only two people were allowed breakfast. Parking is onsite but expensive.

The buffet style breakfast did not have a lot of choices. Also, I wish that they will make it clear that it is a buffet style breakfast when you add it to the room as an extra charge because the menu for the buffet style was not a good selection. Also, my refrigerator in my room was working, but it did not have shelves in them so my things were very limited what I can keep cold and every time I open, the refrigerator up, things will fall out because there were no shelf to place things. The parking was too expensive if you asks me when there’s other parking from hotels with valet parking costed $65 a night which mine cost is $66.50 a night without valet parking. I feel like you pay for parking and you are staying in there room, which is not a good look, but that’s what Seattle does. also the windows was not clean at all at all. They do not have roof access, which sucks a lot.

Every time my visit Seattle I’ll stay in this hotel is beautiful and affordable, if your schedule time ahead.

Hotel was lovely, we didn’t do our research and see it was at the top of a hill. It was fine but we walked the hill from downtown with 150lbs of luggage which I wouldn’t recommend!

- Wi-Fi: The standard/high-speed Wi-Fi is not available unless you are a member of the hotel’s membership program. The membership itself is free, but it is still an extra step that guests should be aware of. - Elevators: The elevators are quite slow, especially around checkout time. If you are staying on a lower floor, expect potentially long waits, as the elevators tend to be crowded and make frequent stops. - Location: The nearest train station is about a 10-minute walk away, but the walk to the hotel involves a very steep uphill road. This can be quite inconvenient if you have heavy luggage or are not comfortable walking uphill. The distance itself is not far, but the steep slope makes the hotel feel less accessible.

Stayed overnight Sat- Sun. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Limited options at the hotel for meals.

The beds were terribly uncomfortable for all on this trip. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
-
Clean Room, staff awesome, comfortable.
-
Wonderful hotel and staff. Only downfall was the fact that only 2 of 5 elevators were working or being used.
-
Extremely overpriced hotel considering all factors. Loud street noise despite being 7 stories up. Broken shower fixtures and indifferent staff. Couple all of that with the fact that Seattle is simply no longer a safe city and it becomes baffling that they charge double what other local hotels charge. The only reason this place worked for me was because it was a block from my meeting and I didn't have to risk my life walking too far alone in downtown Seattle.

Prepare to wait 10-15 minutes For elevator on weekends. Was told one elevator has been out for a Year! No escalators don’t stay Here

The parking is not included you will be paying a fare of $66 per day. We had an incident in our room where the clock went off in the middle of the night. We complained with the front desk as you might think that a 4 star hotel will make sure every single detail from guest to guest will be reset and clean! Including the clock. They didn’t seem to care at all they only said “sorry the previous guest probably set an alarm…” I will try other hotels around downtown Seattle before I think about coming back to this hotel.

Excellent! Perfect place to stay

Elevators were extremely slow. Seems only 1 or 2 were working. 20 min wait
