Upon arrivining, we quickly realized our room was smaller than expected, and not the City view requested. We were staying 5 days, and staff understandably arranged a larger room which was ideal. The staff was friendly and very accomadating, We had a prearrranged breakfast every day, which was excellent. The pool was a little disappointing, 3 ft deep, not mentioned in advertising, still very nice, nice for families. I would highly recommend the Alida Hotlel for the above, the location is very close to the Riverwalk, which was great!

The staff were very helpful and it’s a beautiful place to stay. I will for sure be back again for another long weekend.

The valet staff was very unhelpful. I pulled my car up and they did not offer to help take my luggage out of my car, yet asked if I needed a cart, to which I said yes, and they pointed saying “it’s right there”. The next day I requested my car via text 15 minutes before I came down to give them time & they made us wait another 15 minutes because the 3 of them were to busy talking to each other. When I brought the car back I had nowhere to park it, so I made the valet aware of where my car was with the hazard lights on, a car in front of the hotel further down moved & he said “just bring it up here now”. Last day of check out, no sort of hospitality once again, they pull my car up and no help to put my bags in the back. Also, this wasn’t the biggest deal but I was expecting robes in my room & there weren’t. Heard another couple in front of me complaining that this romantic getaway for them wasn’t romantic, and they specifically asked for chocolates and they didn’t receive any during their time there

The Alida Hotel was the perfect spot for our Ladies Weekend, and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more! The room was super spacious, clean, and felt completely fresh and new, with extremely comfortable beds that made resting easy. On top of that, the location was fantastic—everything was well within easy walking distance. Highly recommend staying here!

we liked the cookies and the help at the front desk

Stayed recently for a three day girls trip. I loved the fact that they were close to River street and within walking distance of everything. The staff was super helpful even recommended a couple of nice Speakeasy feeling cocktail lounges. I absolutely recommend it to travelers.

The suite was amazing. Clean with a great view. Fresh linens and towels every day. Every day complimentary cocktail and cookies. Breakfast at The Rhett was really good. Definitely will book again.

The Alida is a beautiful hotel in a great location! However, the extra fees and hidden charges really make this an extremely overpriced place to stay! $24 glass of wine and $5 small soda is somewhat offset by the "voucher" they give you but with all the other fees, I'm not sure I would do it again. I would expect a lot more for that.

This has become one of my favorite stays. Loved the vibe, the location, the rooftop bar and the Rhett downstairs. The room was great. And I loved the signature scent of the lobby. Everyone at the Alida was so friendly. We will be back someday!

Few things travelers should be aware of- the desk is really just decorative, not super functional (at least in our room) And the shower is super slippery - we put a towel in the floor if the shower for traction
-
Close to everything, clean.
-
Cute little hotel in walkable distance to River street.
-
Good location Over priced and not looked after well
-

The Alida is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in for years! Beautiful lobby, comfortable and quiet room, and a good restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The hotel is also close to Savannah’s riverfront, near shopping, and landmarks. The staff members are cheerful and anticipated our needs. We would stay again. Breakfast is a bit pricey.
