The Gentleman that checked us in was exceptional. Very friendly and recommended a great place to eat dinner. The free breakfast was very good, great choices -- done very professionally. All the common areas were clean. Air conditioner was a little noisy, room was small.

Basically the staff and the breakfast make this place work. I don't believe I have ever found holiday inns to be very soundproof. The doors and walls are very thin. We could hear people around us talking and banging around and at 6am they were milling around outside at the back patio area below. But the staff are wonderful and helped us very much the desk lady had to come up and help us with our tv and she did it very willingly and she got it working. PS those tv remotes work horribly- what about a smart tv?? In any case, we used the gym and really enjoyed the sausage gravy and biscuits. Thankyou

conditioning worked well but the ventblew right over one queen bed because of limited space. Breakfast was great, clean and staff refilled with fresh food .
