The double tree was top notch! Staff members were exceptional! Special regards to Front desk staff. Chiquita! Krystal! Stacy> ! man I cannot remember them all. I was there from 17-21 visiting from Illinois and I told them each that. The level of professionalism was top notch! I have stayed at alot of hotel and and this is at the top! Special kudos to Jimmy who went above and beyond! He was probably just doing what he always does and doesn't even recognize that it was recognized! Jimmy it was! Don't change.

Clean and spacious. The AC units are in the rooms by the windows. I turned mine off to try get some sleep. But the one next door was so loud my bed was shaking! Impossible night!

Location to the airport was good. It was reasonably priced as well. Staff was kind and courteous.

Staff was the absolute best, especially the front desk. Breakfast was very good and our server was friendly, helpful with the menu and overall provided the best customer service. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Room was neat and tidy. Shuttle service could be better.

The pillows are as flat as pancakes so bring your own! The place was clean overall and decent for a one night stay. The elevators were due for inspection in June and we stayed in September… so definitely an issue there.
