Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Savannah Airport, GA

Location, room size, and breakfast. Offensive odor upon arrival in hallways. It smelled of mildew.

I stayed here for a weekend, first night there my tv didn’t work and instead of switching my room or something I had to wait until about 10 am the next day for a maintenance man to come fix it. The breakfast is ok, nothing write home about but it’s included. The room and stuff was fairly clean but the staff wasn’t really helpful with the problems I did have there😭

I went to the front desk to ask for help, but the staff basically told me to talk to the guest next door myself. Seriously? The person is sleeping — how am I supposed to negotiate with someone who is asleep? The hotel should be responsible for handling noise complaints and providing guests with a reasonable environment to sleep, rather than simply telling the guest to deal with it themselves. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here if you value a quiet night’s sleep.

If was ok for the price. Nice and clean.

The positives are - the rooms were nice - Huge TVs - an option for King beds - rooms had both a fridge and a microwave The only two negatives were - The shuttle only runs after 7:15 AM, so it's not an option if you have an early flight -The other negative is parking, or lack thereof. -Parking the shuttle outside the lobby door was n ot ideal for loading and caused a bottleneck at times

The clean room. Hallway smelled like sewage, The man at the front desk had an attitude. I asked if they had zoom Airport shuttle know that you have to put your own suitcases in the van.

The only issue that we had was that there was a roach in the bathroom.

The room was lovely and the staff was helpful. The only issue we had was that several times the key cards did not work. Aside from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay
