Everything was spot on I loved everything. Great experience

Only the lobby set up Rooms dirty, smelly, elevators were not working. Shower not working properly. Staff took long to provide towels because there wasn’t any in the rooms lefts after cleaning. The pool was dirty and it smelled bad. Breakfast food was also not good.

The property is definitely dated and had some maintenance issues. The sink in our room was clogged, the bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way, and the hot tub on the property was pretty gross. The elevators weren’t always reliable either which made it a little frustrating staying on the night floor. Overall, it worked well for our family, but the property could use some updates and better maintenance.

What was most disturbing was what appeared to be blood spatter on both the wall and the curtain valance. Finding something like that in a hotel room is beyond unacceptable. It is unsanitary, unsettling, and raises serious concerns about whether the room was cleaned or inspected at all before guests arrived. For a brand that markets itself as an upscale, family-friendly hotel, this experience was disgraceful. I expected cleanliness, comfort, and professionalism. Instead, I was given a room that looked neglected, poorly maintained, and potentially hazardous to guests' health. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Embassy Suites should be embarrassed to put guests in rooms like this. I would not recommend this property to anyone and will think twice before staying at any Embassy Suites again. One star is far more than this stay deserves. ★☆☆☆☆

We had to exchange our room keys 5 times during a 3 night stay. Sometimes they wouldn’t work to open our room, other times they wouldn’t open the side doors to the hotel. When we entered the room, the shower wasn’t cleaned and had leftover hair all over the tub. I went to the front desk and asked them to send someone to clean it. After waiting 1 hour, no one came so we went back to the front desk and told them to NOT come to our room because we were putting our kids to sleep. 30 minutes later we get knocks on the door waking up our baby who was sleeping. The second night we came across a giant cockroach in the hallway. The 3rd night we came back to the hotel at 9:30 pm and our room keys didn’t work again. I went back to the front desk and no one was at the counter. I had to find a random worker to go get someone to help me and the 5 other guests who were waiting for help. The woman who came out had the worst attitude and provided the worst customer service. She couldn’t care less about helping me and didn’t care that I was now on my 5th time getting new keys. The cherry on top is all 3 elevators were not working on our side of the hotel. Do not stay at this hotel, your welcome. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

You couldn’t beg me to stay here again. I have stayed with Embassy suites for years every time I go to a hotel I always go for Embassy suites. I will never come back to this hotel ever again. The property was not well maintained. I was promised that my kids would have cribs in the room and they did not get me a crib until our second night and they only got me one and I needed to I had flown into California and I had to go by a crib for my other child to sleep in and they just kept on making excuses one of the staff members is nice, but the rest were not good. One of the staff told me that there was no guarantee that there would be a crib at the property for us once we got there, but on Expedia it says that an in room crib is available so miscommunication for sure. If they are going to tell a third-party company that certain things are available on their property and the third-party company advertises that then they need to make sure that they are holding up their end of the deal and they did not.
