Best Western Plus Orange County Airport North

Exceptional

Was very clean and the property very well Kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

If I can put zero stars I would this place is a total disaster it is unsafe I had an issue due to rooms being connected there is some doors that connect each room but are locked next door room tried to open it and get inside my room I informed reception staff who’s name is FERNANDO and asked to change rooms he started yelling and screaming at me mind you I am with my 4 year old at the time as well I would look else where and find a different option staff knows all the danger that goes on and they just look the other way.

This Best Western Plus is an ideal hotel for my business trips to Orange County. I have stayed here a number of times, and my room is consistently clean and comfortable. The staff is always courteous, and the property is well-kept.

Jacuzzi was cold and no jets.

I reserved a Ada room for myself and a friend. I recently was attacked by a pitbull and needed a clean place to recoop after a medical procedure. The room was quiet, very clean, ice was easy to get and the staffs directions etc were perfect. I have been raving all day. I'll be back soon

Great value. Clean rooms. Polite staff.

Good

Superb

Overall friendliness of staff from check-in to the breakfast service. Great and efficient service. I’ll definitely come back and recommend to others.

Loved the location. No charge for parking. Great value for the location.

Clean and quiet. I smelled weed as I was walking to my room upstairs.

Very good

Room could have been cleaned better. The floors was dirty, shower curtain had mold and I found hair on the floor and my bath towels. Breakfast was good and staff was helpful when asked.

Every thing was will organize

Everything was clean and everyone was ready to help . The pool was awesome and clean . I give a 5 star on my stay . Thanks best western

Great service

Breakfast was nice and staff there were lovely

It was an older motel. It has been maintaining fairly well. The breakfast was very nice and every staff member was pleasant. The room was well used. On our last day, we friend a cockroach in the bathroom. We let the front desk know and the cleaning staff. No one seemed surprised. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it. I guess, it's California.

Many many things
