Room was accessible. Breakfast was ready simple. Pool didn’t work

Nothing I ask the front desk staff to use the hotel computer in the office corner. However, I cannot download the files and edit. The staffs said the computer does not allow to download files from email. How can I work and print?

This property looks good in pictures but don’t be fooled. This hotel is terrible. Poor service, location faces awful electric equipment so terrible views, and the free breakfast is practically inedible.

This hotel was excellent in condition of room and property, front desk very cold and couldn’t find someone at checkout, but most of all the Internet access sucked, barely one bar sometime two in the middle of movie it just quit,every hotel I go to sucks. With internet signal, what I hate the most

Room was very clean, only negative was that the room wasn’t cleaned until 4-5pm

Floors didn’t feel clean. WiFi was horrible. Couldn’t load tik tok videos…saw some unique characters and homeless guys roaming around the property. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The pool area was decent, relatively clean and had towles out at night. The property was very dirty and many places were in disrepair. I didn’t feel comfortable with the condition of the property. There were 2 cockroaches in my bathroom. I told the front desk guy and he didn’t seem surprised, didn’t say sorry or reallly acknowledge that it was a problem.

Room is clean. Breakfast is well prepared but with few options. Parking lots are abundant but filled up at night. Easy access to freeways.

Good location as well as the free hot breakfast. Very friendly staff too. But the room is not that pleasant, a lot of flying insects inside the room

Breakfast was good, however I found a live cockroach in the room. The bed mattress was very uncomfortable. The elevator was very scary.

The location was good and it was nice it was down the road so you did not have street or freeway noise. The property is older and while the hallways look worn down the rooms are decent and bed/pillows are comfortable and it was nice they had breakfast, rire pit, workout, pool and hot tub which was unexpected and nice. Location is close to everything and price point is great. The staff was very nice and always helpful. I will stay there from now on when I am in the area for work
