Quality Inn Richmond Airport

there was a water leak in the breakfast area. There's no elevator to go to the second floor with all of your luggage. The ice machine on the second floor didn't work. There was a funky smell in all the corridors and our room.

The place is absolutely disgusting. Don't stay here. It smells and it's dirty and you feel gross just being in the building.

No elevators

The hotel is old and dated. It has obviously not been kept up. There was mold on the baseboards. There were moisture collection devices around the room. There was rust on the metal lamps. The fabric lamp shades were stained and nasty. The beds are hard.

My room wasn’t super clean though, the floors/carpet felt dirty. Bed was pretty comfortable, just a little slanted? If you’re looking for something perfectly adequate, family friendly, and close to the airport then this hotel will totally do. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel was good and convenient, but unfortunately, the cleanliness was disappointing. The room did not feel properly cleaned, and the chair had noticeable stains, which made me uncomfortable using it. There was also no elevator access, which was inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. Overall, the location was a plus, but the cleanliness and lack of elevator access definitely took away from the stay.

The staff were extremely friendly. Sadly the room wasn’t clean. Mystery stains on most of the walls, stains on the shower curtains, bathtub and so on. Not too terrible if it’s just for the night. But the staff were so friendly.

Air conditioner could barely keep the room cool. Internet was weak and kept cutting out. Strong smell of cannabis in the stairwells that we had to use because it doesn’t have an elevator. Paint peeling and a stale smell in the room. I do not recommend this property at all. Disappointed because Quality Inns are usually dependable as a solid low cost option but this place was not close to their usual standard.

There's no elevator so even with a leg injury I had to climb flights of stairs. The room smelled moldy and when you closed the bathroom door you could clearly see the wall behind it never gets cleaned. I had to try the key 5 or 6 times and give the door an aggressive shove to get it to open.

Quiet location and clean rooms

Robe was clean and comfortable lobby was nice the front desk people were helpful

They had space and a room Didn’t have an elevator, but it was just two floors, but walking stairs with luggage not cool. Warn your guest first.

Water never gets hot for a good shower. Clean rooms and convenient. Friendly staff.

No quality inn. No quality at all room that I was given. That made was still hanging out in the room watching TV. The bed felt like it was damp. The boom smelled horrible. I saw hair in the bathroom in the floor. They gave me the room for the handicap person and the seat for the handicap person to sit in in the shower was cracked and moldy looking and just trifling

When I arrived the don’t have available the room that I pay for it. I pay for a room with 2 bed and they give me a room with one bed. And also we have 2 adults and 2 kids, we can rest properly, I was seated all night in a chair.
