One of the best things about the property was the restaurant the food was really great I was very surprised! The room refrigerator didn’t have a freezer.

Bed was comfortable. On site parking was expensive considering it was just an open asphalt lot, surrounded by a fence. The fence also closed off 3 driveways, so only way in/out was via 1st Street. 1st St is a divided road, so no left turns in or out of the parking lot, which confused typical navigation software. If even one other driveway had been open, it would have been much easier to enter and leave. Light switches were in weird locations. Examples: bathroom light half way inside the bathroom; hallway light at opposite end of hallway from the exterior door and hidden behind the bathroom sliding door; lamp switches above the lamps where they were hard to find and use without light in the room to start with. No notepad and/or pen. I literally had to go to a convenience store to get a pad of paper. Food options were limited and costly, but tasted good and food staff was friendly.

This is my go-to spot when I’m traveling through the SJC airport. Clean. Comfortable. Affordable. And the customer service is exceptional. This time I had the pleasure of meeting the front desk representative, Gio. He was friendly, efficient & professional. He went out of his way to accommodate me.

I was charged my deposit for no reason!! No explanation. I've stayed here so many times. This is ridiculous.

Couple of issues. Housekeeping did not come once for our 3 night stay. Breakfast brunch is way too expensive for the quality? Breakfast for 2 was almost $50 and the option were poor quality with not a lot of options given. Parking was almost $20 a night. The property hosted a concert until 2am on one of the nights and the noise consumed the whole building with guests of the concert leaving trash and beer bottles on all of the floors and spilling liquids in the elevators. Staff was friendly but the cons outweigh that. Do not recommend.
