Cheap, clean and close to a metroline stop

Breakfast was not edible, The small muffins were dense & didn’t taste good. The granola bar was awful. Coffee was like warm. The corners of the bathroom floor were dirty. The walls & trim need to be painted. There were stains in the bathroom sink, hard to tell if they were stained or just not cleaned. Cockroach crawling on the floor, I killed it & left it for you. Extremely noisy, kids crying, dogs barking, people running up & down the hall.

The facility and particularly the room needs some updating. I would not stay there again. Needs renovating.

There is no "Breakfast" its just coffee, hot water, and instant oatmeal. And they still told me come get a hot breakfast, yeah right. They need to offer coffee and tea in the rooms, at a minimum. Besides that the rooms were decently clean, a little dated but everything worked.

Breakfast is not reliable either, it's just a few oatmeal packets, works in a pinch but not much else Treat this place more like a furnished apartment or motel rather then a hotel.

There was nothing to like - we didn’t stay there When we parked there was trash outside the lobby in the parking lot boxes of trash, then there were other items waiting to be moved inside load that normally goes through the back, the glass sign on the counter was broken and no one bothered to clean it, the main guy just seemed high anyway we checked in walked in the room as soon as we opened the door there was a huge dead cockroach and one ran away, we just walked out and asked for our money back the corridors smelled. Overall very dingy place.i would not recommend it to anyone. Proximity to the airport. The bed linen and the towels are clean, miraculously… It wasn’t clean. It’s in bad condition. Totally uninviting. Felt unsafe even with gates and fencing around the whole property and a security guard. A security guard?!? Just think about that. You need a security guard?!?! My bathroom was gross. Where the toilet seat attaches to the toilet there is black disgusting filth. It looks like excrement and mold. How could anyone not see that?!?!? Hair in tub, the shower head and the hand held shower device are both broken. The shower head leaked and spayed water everywhere, and the hand held wall attachment is broken. The shower curtain has holes in it. The light in the bathroom is terrible! I will never stay here again!

room was fairly comfortable and basically clean. Filthy, filthy and filthy. Loud and smelly with garbage in hallways. Room had no coffee pot, utensils, toaster or alarm clock. No coffee available at any time other than breakfast which was a packaged muffin and granola bar. Front desk staff was impossible to locate at most times; Phone went unanswered for 45 min prior to arrival. Gates to parking left open all night with security officer asleep by front door. Extremely disappointed for paying top dollar. Homeless camped on sidewalks all around building. Appeared to be filled with social service recipients living weekly through a voucher type program of some type. Many barking dogs in building.

Easy parking.

I told the front desk about one of the issues in my room and he had informed maintenance. Maintenance fix the issue. Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment I walked into the building, I noticed an unpleasant smell that immediately made me uncomfortable. As I walked to my room, I saw a trash bag filled with garbage in the hallway, which did not give a good first impression. Once I entered my room, I noticed several cleanliness and maintenance issues. The bathroom sink was rusted, and the bathtub was also rusted, outdated, and in need of renovation. The lamps in the room were covered in dust, making it appear as though they had not been cleaned in quite some time. The bathroom sink was also clogged and would not drain properly. Unfortunately, it remained stopped up until the following day. I was also told by the front desk that breakfast would be available in the morning. However, when I went down for breakfast, the coffee was not hot, and there was only one muffin left. There was no hot food available at all.

Friendly staff who try to accommodate as best they can. My door had to be opened a specific way, the toilet paper holder sat too close to the toilet so had to sit kind of sideways to use the toilet, tried to use the laundry room but my key didn’t work so unsure if it’s only meant for those who stay long periods of time or was just a malfunction, and hallways are kind of narrow (one way traffic)
