Room had ants and smelled like cigarettes.

Great location for an overnight stay. Had to catch a flight the next morning. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear everything. That was mainly the only downside.

Liked the idea the check in person asked about room preference. Asked that a room close to the elevator would be nice and that is what I got.

Receptionist was very sweet & helpful. Hotel was very clean.

I would like to note that the breakfast server on duty during our checkout was notably unprofessional. With the exception of this individual, the rest of the staff provided excellent service. The Sunday breakfast attendant does not align with the hotel's professional standards, as his demeanor appeared unapproachable and disgruntled. Conversely, the Front Office Manager, who assisted with our check-in, provided exceptional service.

Staff was nice, clean room, comfortable bed. The only thing I had an issue with was that the coffee maker was broken and falling apart. The top was coming off and where you add in the water at the top was dirty.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in San Jose. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. My room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Short of staff issue on labor day weekend. I'm not sure it's the holiday issue or the problems has been long-going.

I called that my flight got delayed, the front desk said no problem, I arrived at 11;15 pm, we don’t have a room call Expedia for refund So 11:30 pm, there is me without a room to relax and had to work at 5 am They made you look horrible

Mary Jane greeted me with a smile at 9pm and was so kind and energetic!! It felt so welcoming. Room was super clean and neat, microwave was helpful, and breakfast was amazing. Friendly staffs everywhere. Definitely will stay here again!

The hotel was lovely. We did not have too much time as we got in late and left super early the next day for a flight. Everything was great.
