Location Breakfast was ok , not that impressive and expensive

Loved the bar and lobby to hang after hours. Elevators took a really long time. Spacious room. Yummy drinks and food

Houseman Jordan went above and beyond and the lady who worked morning shift on Sep 26 that checked me in gave me a high floor took made me feel so happy

Very nice, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and we are planning to satay again, Staff very pleasant and great service.

Hotel is in a great location and has beautiful views, but that is where things end. The decor is very dated, and the restaurant and bar are only open very limited hours and have very limited choice and food options.

Refunded the security deposit very soon

Nice place renovated older building
-
Good location! Quite expensive and service was not up to great international standard, eg food delivery is left with concierge desk with delivery by vendor or hotel staff up to the rooms not allowed.

Good stay, neat and clean . would love to stay here again.

Unfortunately one extremely rude bartender ruined my entire stay - I will not be back. This happened on the night of 9/18. After dinner I stopped in the hotel bar for a nightcap. The bar was busy so I stood a foot or two away from an open area of the bar looking at the beer taps. The bartender walked over and said "how's it going?", I said "great, how are you?", he replied sarcastically "busy! maybe you want to take a seat?". I said "yes, I was going to grab a beer then sit over there" (pointing to an open table). He replied "well you NEED to go take a seat" then stopped what he was doing and glared at me. I went to sit at a table and was promptly ignored for the next 15 minutes, at which point I left. What bartender is incapable of dealing with a busy bar gracefully? I was never demanding or rude, I was simply standing near the bar waiting to order a single draft beer. Never again. On the plus side everyone else I interacted with was great!

I think the house keepers when cleaning rooms they need to check behind the curtains more often because they were a few champagne corks and I don’t even drink. Also staff is very nice except for one tall old man I honestly forgot to ask his name because I was upset, I asked him for 5 waters and he say no it’s only one for room and I told him I booked 2 rooms and we are 5 people, he just give me two waters and continue what he was doing on the computer .. besides him staff were very nice and never denied water except for him .

Beds were very hard and pillows kind of sucked. But overall the rooms were nice and very clean. We were on the 29th floor which was a cool view Parking is horrible and because we have a bigger truck they couldn’t valet it and had no idea how to help us and just kind of left us to figure it out, Thankfully we found ONE garage down the street that took bigger vehicles (thanks ChatGPT for finding it).

The room was amazing and had a great view

I was impressed with the hotel. Really nice rooms very comfortable beds beautiful room with an incredible view like most San Francisco hotels in the downtown area a fair amount of street noise, sirens, garbage trucks, etc. but that’s what you get. If you’re a sound sleeper or you put on earbuds of some sort you’ll have no problems.
