The stay was great and uneventful. Staff friendly and helped us find a dinner location. Room clean and everything we needed.

Overall my stay was great, there were no major issues at all. The parking is very limited, I had to create my own parking space because generally the lot was completely full. I noticed no none parked at the next door bank after hours, so I didn’t risk being towed. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. The Texas shaped waffle iron was fun to use. My family enjoyed our stay.

The room was very spacious, I think excellent. The serious problem is the sofa bed, which is ready to be thrown in the trash—broken, dirty, and old. It's a real shame they offer this service and charge for it.By the way, the room number is 211.

Breakfast was good.

The room we stayed in had badly damaged and stained furniture. The restroom had a huge patch, like someone had punched or kicked the wall by the toilet paper. The room felt dingy and dirty. We did notify the staff, but all they did, was say that they were aware of the condition of the room. We were not offered another room and we couldn’t check out, because rooms weren’t available anywhere else. There were two major concerts in town and a college football match. Needless to say, we did the best we could with the room. But, don’t plan on staying there again.

It’s a great location. The staff is friendly and the room was clean and spacious.

I like how close it is by the place I’m headed to. Free breakfast. Stays cold. Has good amenities. How difficult it is to turn into the property. How tech support is horrible with Wi-Fi issues. Housekeeping did not clean the room after I left hours ago during the day for a convention. Beds are soft, but I woke up with back pain.

Paid in full for two rooms at the beginning of June for my stay at the end of August. I called the day of my stay and spoke with someone at the front desk and advised them that myself and my 5 coworkers would be checking in around midnight which we were advised was not a problem at all. We showed up at around 11:45pm and Priest was at the front desk and he let us know that they sold one of our rooms because his manager told him “first come first serve” even though we paid 3 months in advance. When we asked to speak to his manager he refused stating it was too late and there were no other rooms anyways. We asked for assistance in finding another room since they screwed up and he called 2 properties and offered us one room at his location and 2 rooms that we would have to pay for at another location even though the 6 of us were traveling in one vehicle and couldn’t split up. Priest offered no additional assistance and blew us off as if it wasn’t a big deal that we had no place to sleep after flying in from NJ and calling ahead to ensure our rooms were good. Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced and wouldn’t recommend this property to my worst enemy in fear they would have to go through the same miserable experience and deal with the same terrible employee.

Wonderful experience, very close to the airport. The airport shuttle was a pleasant surprise and a nice touch.

We have frequently stayed at this hotel and have generally been pleased with our visits. However, the hotel now charges for parking on a daily basis. Let the customer beware. This detail is not advertised and some customers will take this well.
