I thought for the money the breakfast was very limited and didn’t seem to be satisfing Parking fee should of be included

They need more staff and bar/ dinning area needs to be open.

Great location. About 3 minute shuttle to airport. Rooms and building aging and need some updates.

Hotel was nice and pool ok, but I definitely didn't appreciate paying for parking on an open lot with tons of spots.

It is an old hotel which needs to be remodeled. Some bad spots in the bathroom sheetrock area. Old curtains, look faded from sun. Carpet looks old and may need a good cleaning. Would I return again, probably not. Did not understand purchase a room for 4 adults and 1 child which was a suite, but then you only comp 2 breakfast. Did not quite understand the logic on that.2 can eat 3 can't??Maybe you could just do a % off if you are trying to save.

Room was stinky like mildew I was able to get another room with family of 5 I don’t want to have to move from room to room

We had an outage after the SA storms and Sonia was great helping us get rooms at the last minute to accommodate my husband and I, with a separate room close to ours for my elderly mom. Kindness goes a long way!

But some down sides: you have to pay for parking there are no outlets near the coffee maker the bathtub drain was clogged a little upon arrival the breakfast is not complimentary, and there was no coffee or anything in the lobby. But like I mentioned above, the staff were great and they did go out of their way to help with whatever I needed.

I liked the Starbucks the most ,staff were very helpful.
