Very clean room, helpful staff

The restaurant was good

Hotel was perfect for a quick getaway

I just wanted to mention that the breakfast was okay, but everything on the buffet was cold. If you offer waffles, I suggest providing a toaster so guests can toast them and enjoy them warm.

Property was great. Amenities were great in room price range. Location and shuttle services were excellent. I will stay here again for sure.

I modified my stay, and Expedia tried to contact the hotel for me. Someone would answer the phone, and they would hang up on the Expedia representative (happened 7 times).

We enjoy the hotel in general.

The room was pleasant, and the staff was friendly. However, the only complaint I had was about the air conditioning. It wasn’t working properly, resulting in poor airflow and a hot room. I called the front desk and asked for a fan, but unfortunately, they didn’t have any available.

The location of the hotel is convenient to many different food options and other attractions That sometimes the elevator doesn’t work on one side Which causes a problem going back to your room

Our first time ever staying in this hotel and I give it a 10❣️ Very clean room, comfortable beds.. The staff were very friendly and their breakfast was delicious.. The shuttle rides are a plus, great location as well.. We'll definitely be stay here more often Thank you There isn't anything that we didn't like..

Close to airport Elevator didn’t work and had to carry large luggage to get to our floor. The key card machine was out for several hours.

Bed was nice and for the most part the room was clean Felt a bit dated, and the location and amenities were lackluster

The TV in my room was stuck on the guide. It was the only thing on every channel. The breakfast was not fresh or warm when I took it to my room to microwave it and the door on the microwave wouldn’t open when the food was done. I waited 20 minutes and had to call downstairs a second time to have someone come up. I was told they were busy but this was at 8AM on a Saturday morning and I’d already been downstairs…they were not busy. I paid extra for a higher floor with a patio - the door to the patio is locked but it’s still a door so it rattles in the wind. I was refunded for the breakfast.
